I want a long, straight penis

Chris, what can I do to make my penis longer and straighter? I need your help!

No need for penis enlargements

There's endless pressure on men to want a long, big, and straight penis. Like porn websites showing really huge men ‘satisfying’ delighted women. But mostly that’s about flattering camera angles and very unusual guys.
Other internet sites are trying to sell you penis enlargements, so naturally, they’re going to try to make you feel inadequate! Their stuff – like vacuum pumps, stretching devices, pills, supplements, and creams – doesn't work. Don’t waste your money!

No need to worry

And anyway, there’s usually no need to worry. Because looking at your penis from above makes it look shorter than it really is.

And no matter how small you think it is, it’s likely to be normal. Ask Google what normal penis size is for your country, and how to measure yourself accurately. If you’re overweight, it’s also worth losing some kilos. Because reducing the stomach fat that covers the base of your penis really will make it look longer.

In any case, the vast majority of women don’t care much about penis size. Because penis length doesn’t affect sexual performance, and a woman’s pleasure is far more about how well you make love than how big you are! Ask her what she wants, and do your best to do it. That will be far better than a really long penis.

Risky surgery

You’ll hear of operations to increase the length of your penis. But there are risks, and many men are unhappy with the results. The surgery involves cutting the ligament that joins the penis to the pelvic area and holds it upright when it’s erect.

When the ligament’s cut, the penis hangs lower, which makes it look longer. But it will also point downwards when erect. You may have noticed that in porn films!

A slight curve to an erect penis is very common and should be ignored. But if you have a bend which is causing you pain or difficulty having sex, go to see your doctor. Because a strong bend – usually upwards – and pain in your erect penis can sometimes be symptoms of Peyronie’s disease. Other symptoms include a thickened area or hard lump in the shaft of the penis, and it may look misshapen.

Your doctor may suggest medicines and injections of steroids, but there’s little evidence that they work. In severe cases, the disease can be treated with surgery, for example removing or cutting away the lump.

But don't forget: most likely, your penis is absolutely fine and you don't need to change anything!

What you are experiencing is know as Premature Ejaculation, which is caused by a number of reasons including fear, anxiety or even stress. Anxiety that one will not perform can make him ejaculate much earlier or stress from home or work. In other cases, particularly in young men it could be the result of sexual inexperience, and so as the young man gets older he also gains more experience in controlling ejaculation.

There are a few things you one can do to improve control and last longer. In the short term, you can take short breaks during intercourse, you can also apply firm pressure underneath the penis during intercourse to push blood out of the penis hence decreasing sexual tension, distract yourself to think about other non sexual things or use penis desensitizers. Penis desensitizers come in the form of sprays and creams that can be applied on the penis minutes before intercourse and they help to delay ejaculation. Sometimes a condom can help reduce the sensitivity on the penis.

In the long term one can ensure they eat healthy and avoid lots of processed foods, begin to exercise which improves blood flow in the body, reduce or eliminate the use of alcohol including smoking and more importantly reduce stress during intercourse. Foreplay will also play a critical role in preparing your partner and getting them closer to an orgasm.
