Step-by-step guide on how to start sex talk with your child

As parents, we often struggle to find a starting point for having conversations with their children about sexuality education.
Very few of us have good examples of how to have the talk with our kids, because for our own parents sex was a taboo, something we were simply told to abstain from with no information or place to turn from if we found ourselves in complicated situations.
One of our creators, Michael Mwaniki, has developed this helpful guide with tips on how we can prepare to have the talk with our children.
He reminds us that this conversation is not a one-time event and that although it might be an awkward and scary conversation, we should approach each conversation with patience, empathy and curiosity. Let’s all commit to #havethetalk.
