Detailed Tender Notice

Africa Media Trust (AMT) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who can produce 30 video and 30 audio content targeting Persons with Disabilities(PWDs). Eligible bidders will have carried out similar productions in the last 2 years. The estimated project cost of KSH 750,000 and is expected to be completed within one month. Sealed tenders will be received by AMT tendering committee on or by 01/06/2023 up to 15.00 hrs. and will be closed on the same day, if possible.

Bid must be received by AMT through the office at Upper Hill Gardens, Third Ngong Avenue, Office B31. No bid shall be sent via email account/address but at specified the tender documents by the bid receipt deadline. Bids sent to any other address will be declared invalid.

Please be advised that AMT reserves the right to amend the solicitation documents at any time. Any amendments or clarifications will be posted under the “Vacancies” on lovemattersafrica.com, and we kindly ask you to check the site before submitting your bid.

Sealed envelopes shall be delivered, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, on or before 12.00 noon (Kenya Time) on 1st June 2023. Bids will be opened at 3.00pm (Kenya time) on the same day at AMT offices, Nairobi, Kenya. Bids received after the stipulated closing time will be rejected and remain unopened.

AMT will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation and/or delivery of bids.

It is mandatory for bidding companies to be registered with relevant bodies under the law of Kenya in order to be able to do business with AMT.
